From the Screen Image tab, you can add annotations to the screen image currently displayed. The annotation elements are included if you export the current screen to the Windows clipboard or to a file.
Note: The annotation tools are not available if the Quick Capture mode is enabled.
Note: Added annotation elements are remembered for the current screen capture only. When you capture a new screen image, all annotation elements are deleted.
Use the following tools to draw lines, shapes, or add text to the screen image.

Select a previously-added annotation element. To delete a previously-added annotation, select it and press the Delete key. To delete all annotations, press Ctrl+A and press the Delete key. |

Draw a rectangle with the selected line width and color. |

Use the following controls to set the line width, color, and font style for the annotation elements.
Line Width - Set the width of the line used to draw lines and shapes. The line width is remembered until you change it.
Color - Set the color to be used for drawing lines and shapes and the text within a text box. The color is remembered until you change it.
Text Font - Set the font properties for a text box. You can select the font family, font style (normal or italics), font weight (normal or bold), and the font size. The font properties are remembered until you change them.
