The Base Version of this bench application is provided free of charge and has limited functionality. The full-featured USB Modular Oscilloscope Pro application is available as an upgrade and provides advanced functionality. The Pro Version of the oscilloscope application provides unrestricted measurement logging with limit checking and alerts.

To begin the licensing process, you must first purchase a software license for the Pro Version. To purchase a software license, click here and follow the instructions on the web site. Once you have completed the steps to obtain your software license file, see Installing a License to install the file and activate the Pro Version functionality.
Note: To evaluate the Pro Version for a trial period, go to the BenchVue Apps tab, click once on the desired bench application, and then click the "Start Pro Trial" button. During the trial period, you will have access to the full functionality of the Pro Version. When the trial period is over, the BenchVue Pro application will revert back to the Base Version.
