Launch IO Control
IO Control is an application that provides quick access to various Keysight utilities and the help documentation. After installing IO Libraries Suite, depending on the operating system IO Control utility could be available in the notification/tray area or in the applications area.
From the Application Finder:

Open the Application Finder on your Linux machine.

Search for IO Control and click to launch it.
With IO Control, you can launch applications and utilities, and open help documentation included in Keysight IO Libraries Suite. Applications include:
