If BinaryEncoding = DefiniteLengthBlockData or BinaryEncoding = IndefiniteLengthBlockData: The ReadBinaryBlockOfInt64 method for definite or indefinite length blocks and the corresponding Scanf format specifier (%llb) are not supported at this time.
If BinaryEncoding = RawBigEndian: The ReadBinaryBlockOfInt64 method exhibits the same behavior as Scanf("%!oblly", out result), which returns result.
If BinaryEncoding = RawLittleEndian: The ReadBinaryBlockOfInt64 method exhibits the same behavior as Scanf("%!ollly", out result), which returns result.
