Remarks

If BinaryEncoding = DefiniteLengthBlockData or BinaryEncoding = IndefiniteLengthBlockData: The ReadLineBinaryBlockOfUInt32 method exhibits the same behavior as Scanf("%lb", out result ), which returns result.

If BinaryEncoding = RawBigEndian: The ReadLineBinaryBlockOfUInt32 method exhibits the same behavior as Scanf("%!obly" out result ), which returns result.

If BinaryEncoding = RawLittleEndian: The ReadLineBinaryBlockOfUInt32 method exhibits the same behavior as Scanf("%!olly", out result ), which returns result.
