PXA — N9030B with Option 107
The Option 107 Audio board contains five step-gain settings and the on-board 10 kHz calibrator oscillator operates at two power levels depending on the step gain setting.
Two adjustments must be performed. One adjustment determines the exact gain of each step-gain setting, then stores this data to instrument Cal File 1001 (AC Path) and 1017 (DC Path).
The second adjustment measures the 10 kHz calibration oscillator power at each gain setting with either the high or low cal power and measures the audio output on the Audio board, then stores the data in Cal File 1000 (AC Path) or 1016 (DC Path).
The procedure should be performed after replacing the Audio board or when upgrading an instrument with Option 107.
