CXA — N9000A/B with Option T03 or T06
In this test the tracking generator output is connected to the signal analyzer RF input. The signal analyzer is tuned to 50 MHz and placed in zero span. The tracking generator output power is swept from –50 dBm to 0 dBm while the signal analyzer trace is swept. Power Sweep Accuracy is defined as the maximum power deviation (both positive and negative) from a hypothetical linear line.
