CXA — N9000A/B with Option T03 or T06
This test measures the tracking generator absolute amplitude accuracy at 50 MHz, and the output flatness relative to 50 MHz. In this test a power sensor is connected to the tracking generator output port. The output power is set to -10 dBm, and the signal amplitude is measured at various frequencies over the range of the tracking generator. The 50 MHz absolute amplitude accuracy is defined as the measured amplitude minus the output amplitude setting. The flatness is calculated by subtracting the 50 MHz amplitude from the test amplitude.
