CXA — N9000A/B with Option T03 or T06
This test measures the tracking generator spurious output at various frequencies from 100 kHz to 3 GHz, or 6 GHz depending on the tracking generator option. The spurs are measured with an external signal analyzer. Both harmonically related (second harmonic) and non-harmonic spurs are measured. The tracking generator output power is set to 0 dBm. The spur amplitude is measured relative to the fundamental amplitude and reported in dBc units (dB from the carrier).
