Effective DANL Adjustment Troubleshooting

Effective DANL relies in the several pieces of information to generate the noise floor corrections. In this adjustment the DANL is measured at 20 to 30 points across each band/path combination. At each DANL measurement the System Gain, IF Gain, and Flatness corrections are determined. These four terms are then combined to generate the noise corrections for each band/path combination.

Since the Flatness corrections are a part of the calculation, it is important to have appropriate Flatness corrections in the DUT. If any component in the RF path is changed, then the Frequency Response adjustment should be run BEFORE running this adjustment.
