The N9048B PXE has Option NF2 (Noise Floor Extension) which uses an instrument alignment rather than using an adjustment in the N7818A calibration application.
Instrument alignment means Option NF2 has an alignment process built into the instrument software that can be executed from the PXE's front panel.
Option NF2 generates the adjustment data with an internal alignment that is a manual noise floor characterization.
For PXE without WF1, press System > Alignments > Advanced > Characterize Noise Floor
For PXE with WF1, press System > Alignments > Advanced >Characterize EMI Receiver Noise Floor
