The goal of this calibration is to determine the frac-n VCO Kv values for given frac-n frequencies. The Kv values are then used to determine the necessary gains values for the frac-n loop. The Kv values for each frac-n loop frequency index are calculated by measuring the tune voltages at the frac-n frequency index, the previous frac-n frequency index, and the next frac-n frequency index.
