Linearity Performance Test
This test applies to the following models:
Average Path
The Linearity Average Path and Peak Path Test verifies measurement path
linearity over the full input voltage range.
It does so by using a calibration DAC and a calibration ADC (built into
the DUT) to stimulate and compare performance of the both paths against
the measurement ADC. In each case, the worst case percentage error value
is returned.

Make
sure there are no power sensors connected to the DUT during this test.

The power meter must be power-cycled on
completion of this test. Failure to do so may cause the instrument to
stop responding to commands sent via GPIB.
