CalReady Refresh Functional Test

This test applies to the following models:

The CalReady feature is the most basic measurement in Fieldfox. This test updates the CalReady default values as described in the Fieldfox datasheet. A simple S11 (and S22 for port 2) measurement is performed to verify that the defaults are appropriate.
