This test measures the relative linearity error of the power sensor module. All measurements are performed at 50 MHz. The reference power level is shown in the table below.

This test uses a PSG source to create power levels that are deltas from the reference level. Each delta is measured by the reference power sensor and the UUT. The power measurements made by the reference power sensor are limited to the nominal range around -14 dBm to -3 dBm where the reference power sensor is very linear and the measurement is very repeatable.
