Parameters

value
The array of power boost level for each user ID in the resource map.

Remarks

This property is an array of values, with one value for each user ID in the resource map array. The values are unitless. A value of 1 means no power boosting, while a value of 2 means there is a 6.02 dB power boost for the user ID. If this array is shorter than the highest user ID, any values past the end are assumed to be 1.
