Remarks
According to 38.508-1 4.1.1 and 4.1.2, normal condition and extreme condition have different Temperature and Voltage operating range, and temperature and voltage affect the test results for UL Spectrum Flatness and UL In-band Emission measurement, accordingly the conformance test standard defines different test limits for these two tests.
