CPE (802.16 OFDMA)

CPE is the RMS level of the Common Pilot Error trace data minus 1 expressed as a percentage of an ideal signal. Ideally the Common Pilot Error trace data has a magnitude of one and phase of zero. The CPE represents the deviation of the Common Pilot Error trace from the ideal and shows how much the OFDMA burst drifts over time.
