Maximum Width (Advanced Radar)

Menu Path: MeasSetup > Advanced Radar Properties > Detection

When the Maximum Width checkbox is enabled, you can specify the maximum pulse width time in seconds to be considered valid for the purpose of pulse detection. Any measured pulse width durations greater than the user specified time value will be considered invalid, and excluded from the pulse analysis results.

For the Minimum Width and Maximum Width parameters, the width of the pulse is defined as the time between the pulse-on and pulse-off transitions (see Hysteresis topic). The Pulse Width reported in the pulse table is computed using the Pulse Width Threshold and thus can vary slightly from the Minimum/Maximum Width values.

When the Maximum Width checkbox is disabled, no maximum pulse width time validation checks are applied.
