Correction (Advanced Radar)

The Correction trace shows the correction curve used to correct for the frequency response of the input hardware and input digital filtering. The correction trace is applied to the acquired data to compensate for phase and magnitude anomalies in the VSA's hardware and software signal processing.

The number of points in the correction spectrum varies. The number is affected by the number of time record samples used in a measurement (and therefore by most of the settings on the ResBW dialog) and by the adaptive equalizer settings (when used). The minimum number of points in the Correction trace is 256 points.
