Phase Offset (Channel Quality)

Phase Offset is computed for Statistical Computation mode only.

For cross channel results (e.g. Ch2x1), Phase Offset is the offset from the reference channel. For single channel results (each channel when Reference = Ideal Stimulus, or stimulus channel when Reference = Measured Stimulus), Phase Offset is the offset from the reference carrier (center frequency).
