Inst Inv Source Impulse Response (Channel Quality)
is the non-averaged, inverse stimulus source impulse response. If averaging is enabled, this trace does not show the effects of averaging. The Stimulus Source traces are good for troubleshooting (if your DUT Device under Test: An acronym used to describe some type of electrical apparatus connected to test instrumentation. The apparatus can range from a single component to a complex subsystem such as a mobile phone, base station or MSC. response traces look bad, check the Stimulus Source traces to see if the stimulus looks as expected).
For information about inverse stimulus source impulse response, see Inv Source Impulse Response.
I and Q Inst Inv Source Impulse Response Traces
There are also traces for I and Q that express the instantaneous inverse impulse response separately for the In Phase and Quadrature Phase components of the stimulus source. These traces are computed from the Balanced and Unbalanced responses.
