Selecting the Custom IQ Demodulator

Menu Path: MeasSetup > Measurement Type > General Purpose > Custom IQ

Select the Custom IQmeasurement type to set the VSA to demodulate and analyze Custom IQ signals^.

Configure the Demodulator

After selecting the demodulator, you must configure the demodulator to measure your Custom IQ signal. Open the Custom IQ Demod Properties dialog (Menu Path: MeasSetup > Custom IQ Demodulation Properties ....) to configure the Custom IQ signal parameters.

Example recordings

The 89600 VSA includes example Custom IQ signals in the ...\Signals\CustomIQ folder that can be used to help you learn how to use the Custom IQ demodulator. The included signals are listed in the Demo and Recorded Signals topic in the Getting Started book.
