Mag Err: FSK and CPM (FM) formats (Digital Demod)
(also called carrier Magnitude Error) shows the magnitude error of the carrier over all symbols. The magnitude error shown in the symbol table is shown as a percentage and is the rms average of the magnitude errors at all symbol locations divided by the average magnitude, as follows:
Points / symbols are not used to compute the magnitude error.
The symbol table also shows the symbol that has the largest (peak) carrier magnitude error.
