Available Error Summary Data (DVB-S2/S2X)
The following table lists the available error summary results for DVB-S2/S2X analysis.
- EVM - the RMS average error vector magnitude for all symbols in the frame
- Mag Err - magnitude error averaged across all symbols in the burst
- Phase Err - the average phase error for all symbols in the current slot
- Freq Err - the average frequency offset from the center frequency
- Sync Correlation - cross correlation of the preamble synchronization of the measured signal to an ideal signal
- Time Offset - the offset from the trigger point to the start of the applicable CC
- System Clock Error - the frequency error between the measured signal's system clock and the reference system clock
- Channel Power - the average power of the signal
- Result Length - the number of symbols in the measurement result
- IQ Offset - the magnitude of the carrier feedthrough signal
- IQ Gain Imbalance - gain imbalance between I and Q
- IQ QuadSkew - the angle error between the I and Q signals averaged across all symbols in the burst
