System Clock Error (Flex Frame)
shows the frequency error between the measured signal's system clock and the reference system clock in parts-per-million (ppm). All allocations are included in the System Clock Error estimation.
If the length of the data is too short or the estimation is not reliable, the System Clock Error will not be computed and '***' is displayed as the Symbol Clock Error value.
