Couple Markers (Markers)

Marker coupling couples marker position across all traces.

To enable marker coupling, select the Couple Markers check box in the Markers > Position tab. Now, when the marker is repositioned in the active trace, the markers with the same marker number in all other traces will move to the same point as the marker in the active trace.

Some 3D traces do not support multi-layering and will fail to couple with other traces when multi-layered data is enabled in a measurement (e.g., RE Power 3D trace in 5G NR measurements with mixed numerologies).

Fixed markers cannot be coupled.

Marker coupling is quite useful. For example, if magnitude for frequency response data is shown in the upper trace window and phase on the lower, use marker coupling to track both magnitude and phase at each position.
