Pausing an Averaged Measurement
To pause the VSA after each average, follow these steps:

Set Sweep to single
Click

Select the type of averaging to perform.

Click
and the arrow below -
Select the average type from the pull-down list.

Set the number of averages
-
Click the text box below
-
Type the number of averages you want to perform and press

Click Close

Click the
button ( ) to take the first average. The VSA performs one measurement sweep, then pauses. -
Click the
button ( ) once for each additional average you want to include in the measurement. For example, if the number of averages is set to 3, click twice. Each click of the Pause/Single button takes another time record and averages the analysis results with the accumulated average.
