IQ Ref Time (802.15.4 HRP UWB)

IQ Ref Time shows the reference pulses for the frame at 2 points per pulse.    IQ Ref Time has the same length as IQ Meas Time.  You can specify the filter to be applied using the Reference Filter parameter.  Normalized by the overall average pulse amplitude.
