Compensate Chan Freq Resp (LTE)
determines whether the UE-RS UE-specific Reference Signal weights are compensated for the channel calculated from the Cell-specific Reference Signal (C-RS Cell-specific RS).
Selected: the UE User Equipment (e.g. cell phone)-RS weights are compensated for the channel frequency response which is shown in the Eq Chan Freq Resp trace.
Cleared: the UE-RS weights are not compensated for the channel frequency response.
When you know that channel effects are caused by measurement equipment, you can select to remove these effects from UE-RS. However, if you do not know that channel effects come only from the measurement equipment, enabling could mask problems with the device under test.
