Power Boost Normalize (LTE)

When is selected, results shown on IQ traces will be normalized so that each physical channel/signal's average power is 0 dB. Channels and signals are normalized by their corresponding power level (in the LTE Allocation Editor) or (in Downlink Control Channel Properties) settings.
