Band (MB-OFDM)
Menu Path:
Band refers to the bands that are active for a particular MB-OFDM Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing: OFDM employs multiple overlapping radio frequency carriers, each operating at a carefully chosen frequency that is Orthogonal to the others, to produce a transmission scheme that supports higher bit rates due to parallel channel operation. OFDM is an alternative tranmission scheme to DSSS and FHSS. hopping sequence, where the hopping sequences are organized using a Time-Frequency Code (TFC Transport Format Combination). The Band Group and Band Frequencies table displays the frequencies for each Band (Low, Mid, High), while the Time-Frequency Codes table displays all (30) channels.
