About Keysight PNA and ENA Vector Network Analyzers with 89600 VSA Software

The 89600 VSA software supports the following PNA and ENA Vector Network Analyzer models:

The Vector Network Analyzer must have Spectrum Analysis option S9x090B.

Center frequency limits are model dependent. Bandwidth is 33 MHz Megahertz: A unit of frequency equal to one million hertz or cycles per second., except for E5081A which has bandwidth of 29 MHz.

The ‘b’ receiver on each vector network analyzer port corresponds to a VSA physical channel: Port 1 corresponds to Channel 1, Port 2 corresponds to Channel 2, and so on. A channel configuration may optionally contain one ‘a’ receiver channel from any of the network analyzer ports. The numbering of physical channels for ‘a’ receivers begins at Channel 33, which corresponds to network analyzer Port 1.
