ZeroPadding

This is a Data Header variable.

Type = Double

ZeroPadding is a ratio (0.0 to 1.0) indicating how much zero padding to add to the time data before converting to frequency domain: 0 = no padding, 1.0 is all padding

For time data only, this is the zero-padding ratio for a subsequent FFT Fast Fourier Transform: A mathematical operation performed on a time-domain signal to yield the individual spectral components that constitute the signal. See Spectrum.. For frequency data this number is used to determine the time length for an FFT.
