Available Features (TD-SCDMA)
Features applicable to TD-SCDMA demodulation:
-
Standard Demodulation preset:
-
1.28 MHz Megahertz: A unit of frequency equal to one million hertz or cycles per second. variable (user definable) chip rate.
-
Single code domain layer or composite code-domain power and code-domain error displays (the composite display shows all code layers simultaneously). Code-domain power can be normalized to display the code-domain power relative to the total signal power in the code domain.
-
Single channel time-domain displays, such as IQ measured, IQ reference, IQ magnitude/phase error, and error vector traces.
-
Composite time-domain displays, such as IQ measured time, IQ magnitude or phase error, and error Vector time traces.
-
Adjustable filter Alpha (default 0.22)
-
Mirrored (flipped) frequency spectrums can be used to remove the effects of high-side mixing.
-
Measurement offset and interval (similar to time gating) used to select specific data slots for analysis.
-
Pilot or Midamble Subframe Synchronization reference (Midamble for Uplink traffic timeslots only.)
-
Time gating is not available (does offer measurement offset/interval feature).
-
Averaging is available only for code domain trace data and is only applied to the numeric error summary data in the symbol table, as follows:
-
rms (video) computes an average of each rms error update in the table.
-
rms exponential is like rms (video) except that averaging continues past the average count with an exponential weighting.
-
peak hold/continuous peak hold keeps track of the peak rms error of each update in the table.
-
Time and time exponential averaging are not available.
-
-
Average types available for the pre-demodulated spectrum, code domain power and code domain error trace data results.
-
rms (video)
-
rms exponential
-
peak hold/continuous peak hold
-
-
Features that are applicable to Digital Demod but not available with TD-SCDMA demodulation:
-
Measurement/Reference filter
-
Pulse and Sync search
-
Equalization Filter
