Inst IQ Meas Spec and IQ Ref Spec (TD-SCDMA)

When TD-SCDMA Demodulation is enabled, the Comp Inst IQ Meas Spec and Comp Inst IQ Ref Spec traces shows the instantaneous spectrum of the Comp IQ Meas Time and Comp IQ Ref Time signals respectively. This data is the non-averaged Comp IQ Meas Spec and IQ Ref Spec trace data.
