PvT Time (TEDS)

PvT Time shows a non-complex time display with time = 0 aligned to the first symbol. The trace below is a Normal Uplink, 50kHz channel bandwidth, 16QAM modulation signal with a 14.167msec slot length. For the Normal Downlink slot format, the main time trace is continuous while the Normal Uplink, Random Access, and Control Uplink slot formats show the propagation delay segments.

The length of time before and after a burst can be specified using the PvT Off Analysis Time parameter in the Advanced Tab of the TEDS demodulation properties dialog. The Pre PvT Off Analysis Time and the Post PvT Off Analysis Time are both set to 5msec (default) in the trace below

Select Trace > Auto Scale to scale the trace. Also choose the Y-axis units for the best display (Trace > Format > Format drop-down menu), however since the imaginary part is zero, many formats will be of no use.
