Display EVM in Percent (802.11n/ac/ax/be)

When the Display EVM in Percent check box is selected, all EVM Error vector magnitude (EVM): A quality metric in digital communication systems. See the EVM metric in the Error Summary Table topic in each demodulator for more information on how EVM is calculated for that modulation format. results in the Error Summary Data (EVM, EVMPeak, PilotEVM, DataEVM), the EVM data (last column) in the Burst Info, the EVM data in the OFDM Multi-User Info table, and the Stream Summary Data (StrmEVM Pk and StrmPilotEVMStrm, StrmDataEVM) are displayed in percent instead of dB.

StrmEVM in the Stream Summary Data is already displayed in both dB and percent so this entry remains unchanged.
