IQOffset (802.11n/ac/ax/be)

IQOffset, sometimes called carrier leakage, is measured during the HT high throughput-LTF Long Training field (802.11n) or VHT very high throughput (VHT) physical (PHY) layer protocol data unit (PPDU):A PPDU transmitted using the TXVECTOR FORMAT parameter equal to VHT.-LTF (802.11ac) portion of the preamble. IQOffset indicates the magnitude of the carrier feed-through signal. When there is no carrier feed-through, IQ offset is zero (-infinity dB).

I Offset and Q Offset are both normalized to the RMS level of the channel estimation sequence portion of the preamble. IQ Offset is computed and stored as a linear ratio equal to (I Offset^2 + Q Offset^2) and then shown in dB equal to [10 Log (I Offset^2 + Q Offset^2)].
