Inst CDE Layer Trace Data (1xEVDO)

Inst CDE Layer trace data shows the Instantaneous Code Domain Error trace data for all active code channels (Walsh Code Number) within the specified code layer (Walsh Code Length). Inst CDE Layer trace data is the non-averaged CDE Layer trace data.

CDE Composite trace data results are computed from the first measured half (0.5) slot. This is different than CDP Composite trace data results, which use Measurement Interval and Measurement Offset to determine the measurement data.

Inst CDE Layer trace data is not affected by averaging.

Selecting a Code Layer

Select the desired code layer by selecting a Walsh Code Length from the CDPLayer Walsh Code Length drop down list (MeasSetup > 1xEV-DO Demod Properties > Channel/Layer tab).
