Composite Data (1xEV-DO)

This is the measured Data channel power (dBc deciBels referenced to the carrier: A technique for expressing a power measurement in logarithmic form using the carrier power as a reference.) relative to the total composite signal power and the measured Data channel power (dB) relative to the Pilot Channel power. This is computed over the specified Measurement Interval and Offset relative to the first analyzed slot (Composite slot).
