Composite Pilot (1xEV-DO)
This is the measured Pilot channel power (dBc deciBels referenced to the carrier: A technique for expressing a power measurement in logarithmic form using the carrier power as a reference.) relative to the total composite signal power. This is computed over the specified Measurement Interval and Offset relative to the first analyzed slot (Composite slot).
