SOURce:RECeiver:OFFSet <value>

(Read-Write) Set and query the receiver offset frequency of the measurement.  Also send SOURce:FREQuency:STARt

Offset frequency in Hz. (The frequency that the receiver is offset from the source.) This is typically the frequency of the LO that is used with the frequency converter. The frequency offset may be positive, negative, or zero.
