(Write-only) Set the lan1 adapter (10 G LAN) port with static mode to manually set all network parameters e,g, IP address, subnet, gateway, and DNS/nameserver (plus an optional second DNS arg).

Query the network settings using the corresponding SCPI query commands. See also, COMM:LAN:IPV4:ADDR, COMM:LAN:IPV4:SUBM, COMMunicate:LAN:IPV4:GATE, and COMM:LAN:IPV4:DNS.

Note: This command applies to FieldFox D-series (Fluyt) models and above.
