The Add Wideband M9393 button is displayed only when the M9393A driver has been installed. The M9393A driver includes the 89600 VSA hardware extension for M9393A. Also, the Wideband M9393 analyzer uses the M9203A digitizer, which has its own driver and its own hardware extension. M9203A uses the MD2 High-Speed Digitizer Driver and the MD2 Digitizers Hardware Extension for 89600 VSA Software. These are each installed independently of the 89600 VSA software and must be installed to enable addition of a Wideband M9393 analyzer hardware resource. Wideband M9393 analyzer hardware resources will no longer be displayed and can no longer be selected if the M9393 hardware extension or MD2 Digitizer hardware extension are uninstalled.
Determines whether test environment corrections are applied to the acquired waveform data.
Disabled - does not apply corrections to the signal.
Automatic - applies the latest calibration file that meets these conditions: Based on same Rx hardware as current one, Calibration Environment is same as current Correction Environment (if specified), Center Frequency is +/- 1 MHz from current Rx Center Frequency, Input Range is +/- 1 dB from current Rx Input range, Bandwidth is >/= 0.95 times current Rx Span, Input Impedance is +/- 1 ohm from current Rx Impedance.
Manual - enter a file name in the Correction File Name field. File name must end in .acal.
Choices: Disabled | Automatic | Manual
Enter calibration environment name to filter correction file search when Correction Selection is set to Automatic.
Select correction file to be applied when Correction Selection is set to Manual (file extension .acal). When Correction Selection is set to Automatic, the automatically selected file will be displayed here.
Select the full path of the S-Parameter correction file to be used by the analyzer.
Enable or disable coupling of Analyzer Hardware Center Frequency and Analyzer Span to Source Hardware and Signal definition.
Enter analyzer center frequency when Frequency Coupling is disabled. When Frequency Coupling is enabled, center frequency is automatically determined by Source Hardware Frequency and Center Frequency Offset settings.
Enter analyzer frequency span (bandwidth) when Frequency Coupling is disabled. When Frequency Coupling is enabled, analyzer span is automatically determined by Signal definition and Span Scale Factor settings.
Enter offset to apply to automatically determined Center Frequency setting when Frequency Coupling is enabled.
Enter scale factor to apply to automatically determined analyzer frequency span setting when Frequency Coupling is enabled.
Displays the analyzer hardware sample rate.
Enable or disable coupling of the analyzer input range to the Source Hardware and Signal definition settings.
Enter input range of the analyzer if Input Range Coupling is disabled. If Input Range Coupling is enabled, Input Range is automatically determined by Source Hardware Amplitude and Input Range Offset settings.
Enter offset to apply to automatically determined Input Range setting when Input Range Coupling is enabled.
Select analyzer hardware input termination impedance.
Use the high-bandwidth inputs.
Mode to use for determining the acquisition sample rate of the oscilloscope.
Select the sample rate to request from the oscilloscope when using the User Rate sampling mode. Limits depend on the specific oscilloscope hardware and licensed features.
