Make sure have the following information readily available when you call:
the serial number of the test set
a list of any options or accessories installed in or in use with the test set
the type of GPIB board in your computer
any information you can supply about the DUT
the nature of the problem
the version number of software
If you are sending the instrument to Keysight Technologies for service, ship the test set to the nearest service center for repair, including a description of any failed test and any error message. Ship the instrument using the original or comparable antistatic packaging materials.
