You may need to upgrade the firmware in your signal generator to run the software (System Requirements). Use the following steps to load the latest version of firmware:
Click and install the program.
Select the latest version of firmware for your signal generator model.
Click , and check the compatibility information for the firmware release that you wish to download. If there is a compatibility problem, contact Keysight Technologies for assistance: http://www.keysight.com/find/assist.
If there are no compatibility problems, return to the firmware page and click the firmware update to place the firmware files in the Upgrade Assistant folder.
