This menu item causes the Pulse Building application to validate the signal and verify that the current pattern configuration can be downloaded and played back by the signal generator. Verifying the signal includes:
Checking the available signal generator baseband memory to ensure that it is not exceeded by the memory requirements of the signal. The pattern must be less than the signal generator's baseband memory.
Checking signal parameters for valid couplings with signal generator settings. Repeats, object lengths and repetition rates must be valid. For example, the object length must be less than or equal to the Repetition Interval, the object name must be in the pulse or pattern library and so forth.
Verify does not prevent you from configuring a signal and is not a real-time event.
