Wobbulation Deviation sets the wobbulation deviation for Sawtooth, Sinusoidal, or Triangular PRI Wobbulation impairment. The wobbulation deviation can be a positive or negative value. A positive value causes the pattern to start at zero and increase. A negative value causes the pattern to start at zero and decrease.
