:MEASure:JITTerN:JITTer:TRANsitions?

Where N identifies one of four possible jitter/noise analyses {1:4}. For example, JITTer4.

Description

For the Jitter measurement results, returns the number of transitions that have contributed to the measurements.

The number of transitions also appears at the top of the measurement results in the Jitter content window.
